This specimen was lot 32275 in Heritage sale 3032 (Chicago, April 2014), where it sold for $528.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "British India. George V Proof Restrike Rupee 1913-B, +Bombay mint, PR62 PCGS. Fully struck, with mirrored fields and mottled, light russet toning." The rupees of George V were struck 1912-22 and 1935-36 and most dates are common. Proofs are rare. The Calcutta mint contributed another 75,800,000.
Recorded mintage: 87,466,000 plus proofs.
