This specimen was lot 2698 in Stephen Album sale 38 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2020), where it sold for $71.40. The catalog description[1] noted, "BRITISH INDIA: Victoria, Empress, 1876-1901, AE 1/12 anna, 1891(c), lovely lustrous red obverse, NGC graded MS63 RB." This type was struck at Calcutta 1877-1901 and at Bombay 1877, 1882-84, 1886-90 only. It is common. The weight was reduced in 1906.
