This specimen was lot 30748 in Heritage sale 3029 (New York, January 2014), where it sold for $1,762.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "Karl VI of Austria gold Ducat 1740-KB, MS62 NGC. A lovely coin with very subtle toning and virtually full mint luster." This type was struck 1731-40 and is counted as common.
