This specimen was lot 4539 in Künker sale 406 (Osnabrück, March 2024), where it sold for €4,400 (about US$5,773 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RÖMISCH-DEUTSCHES REICH, Leopold I. 1657-1705. Reichstaler 1662, Kremnitz. Banderolentaler. RR Feine Patina, leichte Korrosionsspuren, fast vorzüglich. (Austria, Leopold I, 1657-1705, thaler of 1662, Kremnitz mint. Very rare, fine patina, light corrosion, about extremely fine.)"
This rare type was struck 1662-63 along with Dav-3257, which had a different mantle over the armor.
