Austria 1660 3 kreuzer KM-852
This specimen was lot 1269 in UBS sale 85 (Zürich, September 2010), where it sold for 50 CHF (about US$57 including buyer's fee). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ÖSTERREICH Erzherzog Ferdinand Karl, 1646-1662 Groschen (Dreier) 1660, Hall. Gekröntes, geharnischtes Brustbild zwischen der Jahreszahl nach rechts. Rv. Zwei Wappen nebeneinander, darunter in Kartusche die Wertzahl 3. Fast FDC." (Austria, archduke Ferdinand Charles, 1646-62, groschen of 1660, Hall mint. Obverse: Crowned, armored bust faces right, dividing date. Reverse: two shields, denomination in cartouche below.)
The UBS catalog called this a groschen but it is catalogued in the SCWC as a three kreuzer, of a type struck 1638-62 in large quantities.
