This specimen was lot 76172 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, November 2025), where it sold for $85. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIA. Tyrol. 3 Kreuzer, 1655. Hall Mint. Ferdinand Karl. NGC MS-61." Other Austrian groschen for 1655 include KM 833 (Graz mint) and KM 835. This one was struck 1638-62 in large quantities. Ferdinand Karl never became emperor and was one of the last archdukes to strike coinage.
