This specimen was lot 74320 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for $145. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIA. Holy Roman Empire. 3 Kreuzer, 1647. Graz Mint. Ferdinand III. PCGS MS-62." This type was struck at the Graz mint 1637-57 without interruption and is common. Austrian groschen for 1647 include KM 833 (shown here), KM 835 (St. Veit), KM 837 (Vienna), KM 852 (Hall) and KM 947.
