This specimen was lot 3971 in Goldberg sale 69 (Los Angeles, May, 2012), where it did not sell. The catalog description [2] noted, "Honduras. Peso, 1907. Liberty head left. Reverse: Arms. NGC graded MS-64." This is a later date of a type struck 1888-1922. None are common, tho this is one of the more available dates. In 1931, the peso was dropped in favor of the lempira and the mintage of gold for circulation ceased. Clashed dies are typical for this type.
