This specimen was lot 489 in Schulman auction 379 (Amsterdam, June 2024), where it sold for €240 (about US$309 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"HOLLAND Provincie 1581 - 1795. Dukaton of zilveren rijder. 1759, Silver Type IIb. Ruiter naar rechts boven gekroond provinciewapentje, mt. wapentje van Dordrecht na omschrift. Kz. generaliteitswapen, ❀ boven de kroon, jaartal in cartouche. Kabelrand. S. Zeer fraai +. (province of Holland, ducaton or silver rider of 1759, type IIb. Obverse: mounted knight right charges to right over the crowned provincial arms; reverse: arms of the Generality, date in cartouche. Cabled edge. Scarce, very fine or better.)"
This denomination is recorded from Holland 1672-1793 and this subtype with the reeded edge 1757-62, 1765-67, 1770-80, 1784-93. Holland was the largest and wealthiest part of the United Provinces, now the kingdom of the Netherlands.
