Fengtien (now Lioaning) Province lies north and west of North Korea, and east of Beijing. The provincial mint operated from 1897-1931.

The specimen shown was lot 60124 in Ponterio sale 162 (Hong Kong, August 2011), where it sold for $1314. The catalog description[1] noted, “CHINA. Fengtien. 10 Cash, CD (1903). 奉天省造當制錢十文。Y-88; CCC-Obv.306/ Rev.324; Duan-1308. 癸卯。NGC AU Details--Surface Hairlines. Ex: The Frank Robinson Collection.”
