This specimen was lot 75402 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, September 2025), where it sold for $125. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. 1-1/2 Pence, 1561. London Mint; mm: Pheon. Elizabeth I. PCGS Genuine--Surfaces Smoothed, EF Details. Obverse: Crowned bust left; Reverse: Square-topped coat-of-arms over long cross fourchee. From the Richard August Collection." This type was struck 1561 only; a modified version was struck until 1578.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 12 grains (0.77 g), 0.925 fine silver.
