Künker Auction 425, lot 1016

This specimen was lot 1016 in Künker Auction 425 (Osnabrück, July 2025), where it sold for €1,400 (about US$1,983 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"EUROPÄISCHE MÜNZEN UND MEDAILLEN · DÄNEMARK, KÖNIGREICH Christian V., 1670-1699. Dukat o. J., Kopenhagen. GOLD. Attraktives Exemplar mit feiner Goldpatina, winz. Kratzer, fast vorzüglich. (kingdom of Denmark, Christian V, 1670-99, undated ducat, Copenhagen mint. Attractive example with fine gold patina, hairlines, about extremely fine.)"

This undated semi-medallic piece was accompanied by a double ducat (Fr-191) and a half ducat (Fr-193). Numista attributes this to 1675.
