This specimen was lot 10216 in Stack's Bowers June 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Copenhagen, June 2026), where it sold for €69 (about US$80). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. 2 Skilling, 1681. Glückstadt Mint. Christian V. NGC EF Details--Cleaned. From the L.E. Bruun Collection." This type was struck in 1681 at Glückstadt. A similar two skilling (KM 358) was struck in Copenhagen 1676-81 with a rolling pin mintmark. Christian V was king of Denmark and duke of Schleswig-Holstein. Two skilling was 1/32 krone or 1/48 speciedaler.
