This specimen was lot 10214 in Stack's Bowers June 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Copenhagen, June 2026), where it sold for €69 (about US$80). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. 2 Skilling, 1680-GS. Copenhagen Mint. Christian V. NGC EF Details--Bent. From the L.E. Bruun Collection." This two skilling was struck in Copenhagen 1676-81. A similar type was struck in 1681 at Glückstadt (KM 71). Christian V was king of Denmark and duke of Schleswig-Holstein. Two skilling was 1/32 krone or 1/48 speciedaler.
