This specimen was lot 40321 in Ponterio sale 168 (Philadelphia, August 2012), where it sold for $19,550. The catalog description[1] noted, "POLAND. Danzig. Ducat, 1651-GR. John Casimir (1648-69). RARE. One year variety with date below city arms. Very attractive with minute detail. PCGS MS-62 Secure Holder. From the Demarete Collection." Another ducat (KM 41.1) exists for 1651.
