Stack's Bowers April 2021 Hong Kong sale, lot 54074

This specimen was lot 54074 in Stack's Bowers Hong Kong auction (Hong Kong, April 2021), where it sold for $156. The catalog description^[1] noted, "CHINA. Silver 10 Yuan, 1998. Lunar Series, Year of the Tiger. NGC PROOF-68 Ultra Cameo. Reduced diameter 1 Ounce Round. A brilliant Proof with hard mirrored fields and frosted cameo devices." This NCLT was also struck in a 40 mm version (KM 1138).

Recorded mintage: 8,000.

Specification: 32 mm diameter 31.1 g, 0.999 fine silver.
