Jean Elsen sale 137, lot 847

This specimen was lot 847 in Jean Elsen sale 137 (Brussels, June 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"ESPAGNE, CASTILLE ET LEON, Henri II de Trastamare (1368-1379), AR demi-real, Séville. D/ Grand monogramme EN couronné. R/ + ENRICVS REX CASTELL Quadrilobe aux armes de Castille. En dessous, S. Patine foncée. presque Superbe. (kingdom of Spain, Castile and Leon, Henry II Trastamara, 1368-79, silver half real, Seville mint. Obverse: large crowned monogram "EN"; reverse: arms if Castile in quadrilobe, S below. Nice toning, about extremely fine.)"

This type and the accompanying one real were struck at Burgos, Cordoba, Coruña, Seville and Toledo.
