Steve Album sale 54, lot 3131

This specimen was lot 3131 in Steve Album Auction 54 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2026), where it sold for $192. The catalog description[1] noted,

"CANADA: Elizabeth II, 1952-2022, AR 30 dollars, 2016, DC Comics Series - colorized images of Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman, with COA and original deluxe case of issue, Proof. As per the Royal Canadian Mint, "A close-up of SUPERMAN® in battle; WONDER WOMAN® ready to deflect any projectiles and BATMAN® ready to react to his opponent's next move. The carefully arranged polygonal shapes produce a broken-glass effect. This visual element symbolically illustrates the shattering of what was established in Man of Steel® and the challenges SUPERMAN® will face after revealing himself to the world."
