As per the Royal Canadian Mint, "A detailed reproduction of the classic cover of Action Comics #419. 'How can old soccer shoes and a rusty pistol become a threat to all the citizens of Metropolis?' The answer may be out of this world! In Action Comics #419, the story 'The Most Dangerous Man on Earth' features Clark Kent orbiting in space for a TV report on a telescope launch. But as soon as he returns to Earth, he triggers a disturbing series of explosive reactions. Meanwhile, a small-time crook, Moe Malloy, fishes a pair of shoes and a revolver out of the river and discovers that they are perfectly suited to the commission of dreadful crimes. Superman must once again rise to the occasion and uncover the link between these two mysteries. Action Comics #419 appeared in December 1972, and its cover is now emblematic. Superman displays a joyful expression as he soars at breakneck speed over the city. But trouble is brewing, as the caption and headline announce: 'Wipe that smile off your face, Superman! You've become... the most dangerous man on earth!'"
