This specimen was lot 33116 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2024), where it sold for $216. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. 50 Dollars, 2010. Ottawa Mint. Elizabeth II. NGC PROOF-69 Ultra Cameo. An intriguing unlisted 5 Ounce Silver issue, this charming specimen overs sharp details, with no immediate signs of handling or fault." Several fifty dollar issues are listed in the SCWC for 2010, including KM 1008 (75th Anniverary of Canadian Bank Notes, 5 oz silver) and KM 1029 (Vancouver Olympics, hockey player, 1 oz gold), but not this one.
