The first specimen was lot 33460 in Heritage sale 3082 (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $2,640. The catalog description[1] noted, "Canada: Elizabeth II palladium "Maple Leaf" 50 Dollars 2005 MS69 NGC, KM-Unl. Mintage: 146. With A privy mark below maple leaf. APdW 1.00 oz." The second specimen was lot 33461 in Heritage sale 3082 (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $2,640. The catalog description[1] noted, "Canada: Elizabeth II palladium "Maple Leaf" 50 Dollars 2005 MS68 NGC. With B privy mark below maple leaf. APdW 1.00 oz." We show two eaxmples, with the "A" and "B" privy marks. Fifteen years after its issue, this coin still is not in the SCWC, which notes four palladium fifty dollar coins of 2006 (KM 672 thru 675).

Recorded mintage: 146 with privy mark "A" plus 144 with privy mark "B".

Specification: 31.10 g, 0.999 fine palladium.
