This specimen was lot 22345 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2020), where it sold for $156. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. 10 Cents, 1894. London Mint. Victoria. NGC AU Details--Environmental Damage. A well struck coin with dark gray to charcoal toning." The type was struck in 1858 and 1870-1901.
Recorded mintage: 500,000, a scarce date.
Specification: 2.31 g, 0.925 fine silver, .069 troy oz ASW, 18 mm diameter, reeded edge.
