"BRAUNSCHWEIG-CALENBERG-HANNOVER, AB 1692 KURFÜRSTENTUM HANNOVER, Ernst August, 1679-1698, seit 1662 Bischof von Osnabrück. 2/3 Taler 1694, Clausthal. Sog. "Einhorngulden". Feine Patina, fast vorzüglich. Interessante Variante dieses beliebten Guldens. Durch einen Stempelriss beim Kopf des Rosses erscheint es, als ob es sich um ein Einhorn handelt. (electorate of Brunswick-Luneburg-Calenberg-Hannover, Ernest Augustus, 1679-98, bishop of Osnabrück since 1662, two-thirds thaler of 1694, Clausthal mint, the so-called "unicorn gulden". Fine patina, about extremely fine. Interesting variety with a die crack on the stallion's head making him appear to be a unicorn.)"
