This specimen was lot 4297 in Sincona sale 34 (Zürich, October 2016), where it sold for 5,000 CHF (about US$5,936 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE - AUSTRIA. Karl VI. 1711-1740 Taler 1718. Prag Ohne Münzmeisterzeichen. Ausbeute der Grube St. Joachimsthal. Sehr selten. Gutes sehr schön. Alte Tönung. (Holy Roman Empire, Charles VI, 1711-40, thaler of 1718, Prague mint, without mintmaster's initials, for the St. Joachimsthal mines. Very rare, Good very fine, old toning.)"
