This specimen was lot 4286 in Sincona sale 34 (Zürich, October 2016), where it sold for 2,500 CHF (about US$2,968 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE - AUSTRIA. Joseph I. 1705-1711 Taler 1711. Kuttenberg Münzmeister Bernhard Wonsidler. Sehr selten. Gutes sehr schön. (Holy Roman Empire, Joseph I, 1705-11, thaler of 1711, Kuttenberg mint, mintmaster Bernhard Wonsidler. Very rare, Good very fine.)"
This type of 1711 is scarce. Wrecked during the Thirty Years War, Kuttenberg never recovered its former importance.
