This specimen was lot 1694 in Jean Elsen sale 163 (Brussels, November 2025), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"SAINT EMPIRE, Rodolphe II (1576-1612), AR Weissgroschen, 1593, Budweis. D/ Lion de Bohême. R/ Aigle impériale couronnée. Rare. (Holy Roman Empire, Rudolf II, 1576-1612, silver weissgroschen of 1593, Budweis mint. Obverse: Bohemian lion; reverse: crowned imperial eagle. Rare, Very Fine - Extremely Fine.)"

Weissgroschen were struck at Joachimsthal (moon and star mintmark, KM MB254, struck 1578-95), Kuttenberg (wing mintmark, KM MB233) and Budweis (dog's head mintmark, shown here, struck 1584-95 and undated). It is heavier and probably better silver than the contemporary maley groschen.
