This specimen was lot 1398 in Stephen Album sale 45 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2023), where it sold for $450. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIAN NETHERLANDS: Maria Theresia, 1740-1780, AR 20 liards, Bruges, 1751, a superb mint state example! PCGS graded MS65, ex Joe Sedillot Collection." This type was struck at Bruges (shown here) and Brussels 1750-54. The type is not rare so the reported mintage is likely incorrect. Twenty liards = five sols.
Recorded mintage: 1,176 for 1750-51.
Specification: 0.583 fine silver.
Catalog reference: KM-13.
