This specimen was lot 3842 in Künker sale 406 (Osnabrück, March 2024), where it sold for €2,600 (about US$3,412 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RÖMISCH-DEUTSCHES REICH, Maria Theresia, 1740-1780. 1/4 Dukat 1751, Wien. GOLD. Von großer Seltenheit. Feiner Prägeglanz, winz. Kratzer, vorzüglich-Stempelglanz. (Holy Roman Empire, Maria Theresia, 1740-80, quarter ducat of 1751, Vienna mint. Extremely rare, fine mint luster, light hairlines, extremely fine to uncirculated.)"
