This specimen was lot 1449 in Sincona sale 76 (Zürich, May 2022), where it sold for 20,000 CHF (about US$24,276 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE - AUSTRIA. Karl VI. 1711-1740. 2 Dukaten 1732, Graz. Äusserst selten. Vorzüglich-FDC. NGC MS62. Prachtvolle Erhaltung. (Austria, Charles VI, 1711-40, double ducat of 1732, Graz mint. Extremely rare, Extremely fine-uncirculated, Magnificent condition.)"
While the ducats of Charles VI (KM 1557, Graz mint, KM 1655, Hall mint, and KM 1559, Vienna mint) are not rare, the double ducats are very rare. This type was struck 1715 and 1732 only.
