Künker Auction 425, lot 1455

This specimen was lot 1455 in Künker Auction 425 (Osnabrück, July 2025), where it sold for €2,200 (about US$3,115 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"DEUTSCHE MÜNZEN UND MEDAILLEN · ANHALT-BERNBURG, FÜRSTENTUM Victor Friedrich, 1721-1765. Dukat 1744, Harzgerode. GOLD. RR Leicht gewellt, sehr schön. Exemplar der Auktion Fritz Rudolf Künker 331, Berlin 2020, Nr. 140. (Germany, principality of Anhalt-Bernburg, Victor Frederick, 1721-65, ducat of 1744, Harzgerode mint. Very rare, slightly wavy, very fine.)"
