This specimen was lot 3580 in Stephen Album sale 50 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2024), where it sold for $120. The catalog description[1] noted, "AFGHANISTAN: Amanullah, 1919-1929, AE 3 shahi, AH1337, 12 stars on the obverse; bold strike, XF, R, ex Hakim Hamidi Collection." Milled coinage was introduced to Afghanistan during the reign of Abdur Rahman (1880-1901). This type was struck AH 1337 only. Varieties exist. Three shahi made 150 dinars.
