This specimen was lot 74609 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, October 2024), where it sold for $168. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. 25 Cents, 1942. Ottawa Mint. George VI. PCGS MS-65. This Gem captures the eye with its swirling violet hues. From the Barbaro Acres Collection."
