This specimen was lot 70498 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2021), where it sold for $85. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. 25 Cents, 1941. Ottawa Mint. PCGS MS-65 Gold Shield. Offering a soft, wholly argent nature, this frosty white minor exudes tremendous brilliance and charm." This type was struck for George VI 1937-47 and this is a common date. In 1948, "ET IND IMP" was dropped from the obverse legend (KM 44) and the modified type was issued 1948-52. Silver was removed from the quarter in 1968.

Specification: 5.83 g, 0.800 fine silver, .150 troy oz ASW, 23.5 mm diameter.
