Regensburg (1744-52)-B kreuzer
This specimen was lot 72437 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, June 2020), where it sold for $95. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Regensburg. Kreuzer, ND (1744-52). ICG MS-65. A delightful minor, this stunning Gem features a strong strike and tremendous luster radiating throughout." This type is attributed by the SCWC to 1740 but may have been struck later. It is not priced in the SCWC.
