This specimen was lot 3119 in Sincona sale 64 (Zurich, June 2020), where it sold for 75 CHF (about US$94 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SWITZERLAND | Basel | Stadt und Kanton, Batzen 1826, Basel. FDC. Prachtvolle Erhaltung. (city and canton of Basel, batzen of 1826, Basel mint. Uncirculated, Magnificent condition.)"
This is the last year Basel issued coins. The denomination comes in two varieties: KM 207 (rare), shown here, and KM 208 (1826-B).
