This specimen was lot 241 in Sincona sale 84 (Zurich, October 2023), where it sold for CHF (about US${EF $80} including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 10 Kopecks 1815, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB MF. Very rare in this condition. PCGS MS65. Cabinet piece."
This type was struck 1810-26 and is fairly common.
