This specimen was lot 4576 in Goldberg sale 84 (Los Angeles, January 2015), where it sold for $293.75. The catalog description[1] noted, "Russia. 5 Kopeks, 1815-СПБ МФ. Alexander I. Original luster with lovely old toning. NGC graded MS-64." This type is listed for 1810-26 and has a low catalog value in circulated condition. This date is common. The regime vacillated between silver and copper five kopeks but only silver was struck 1810-31.
