Sincona sale 84, lot 236

This specimen was lot 236 in Sincona sale 84 (Zürich, October 2023), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, 10 Kopecks 1814, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB MF. Very fine. Flan flaws. From the Soedermann Collection."

This type was struck 1810-26 and is fairly common.

Recorded mintage: 2,120,000 including assayer ПС.

Specification: 2.07 g, 0.868 fine silver, this specimen 1.88 g.
