This specimen was lot 1382 in Aureo y Calicó sale 423 (Barcelona, December 2023), where it sold for 1,200 € (about US$1,554 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "1609. Felipe III. Granada. M. 2 reales. "OMNIVM" type. The assayer is under the mint. Ex 2 reales collection, Ex Aureo 04/09/2003, no. 52. Ex Aureo 01/26/2005, no. 486. Ex Isabel Trastámara Collection 12/15/2016, no. 233. Only one known? MBC- [about very fine]." This mint is listed in the SCWC for 1600-09 with all dates priced the same. This date is also known with the assayer's initial "M" on the left of the shield.
