This specimen was lot 3004 in Sincona sale 47 (Zürich, May 2018), where it sold for 140 CHF (about US$168 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"SWITZERLAND, Uri, Schilling 1623. Vorzüglich. (canton of Uri, schilling of 1623, Extremely fine.)"

The SCWC lists this type for 1623-30, 1633, 1639, 1641.
