This specimen was lot 116 in Künker Auction 423 (Osnabrück, July 2025), where it sold for €4,200 (about US$5,947 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"HABSBURGISCHE ERBLANDE-ÖSTERREICH · RÖMISCH-DEUTSCHES REICH, Ferdinand II., 1592-1618-1637. Reichstaler 1623, Hall. Geharnischtes Brustbild r. mit Lorbeerkranz, Halskrause, umgelegtem Mantel und der Kette des Ordens vom Goldenen Vlies, zu den Seiten die geteilte Jahreszahl 16 - Z3//Gekröntes, mehrfeldiges Wappen (Ungarn, Tirol, Böhmen / Habsburg, Österreich, Burgund, Kastilien / Kärnten, Krain, Steiermark, Görz / Burgund, Schwaben, Württemberg, Elsaß), umher die Kette des Ordens vom Goldenen Vlies. R Vorzüglich-Stempelglanz. Exemplar der Auktion Leu 27, Zürich 1980, Nr. 63. (Holy Roman Empire, Ferdianand II, 1592-1618-1637, thaler of 1623, Hall mint.
