This specimen was lot 3370 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2017), where it sold for $2,115. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. 10 Ruble, 1910-EB. NGC MS-63. A brilliant example struck from lightly brushed dies. Full flowing luster beneath fiery orange toning with only a few trivial contact marks which must be hunted for." This type was struck 1898-1911 in sufficient numbers as to be considered a bullion coin, tho this is a rare date. At the time of issue 8 French gold francs = 3 Russian gold rubles.

Recorded mintage: 100,000.

Specification: 8.60 g, 0.900 fine gold.
