This specimen was lot 31629 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it sold for $1,584. The catalog description[1] noted, "Nicholas II gold 10 Roubles 1909-ЭБ MS63 NGC, St. Petersburg mint, Obv. Head of Nicholas II left. Rev. Crowned double-headed eagle with date and value. Bright golden luster with a few light marks. A very scarce issue." This type was struck 1898-1911 in sufficient numbers as to be considered a bullion coin, tho this is a rare date. At the time of issue 8 French gold francs = 3 Russian gold rubles.
