Appenzell 1738 15 kreuzer KM-35

Sincona sale 47, lot 2527

his specimen was lot 2527 in Sincona sale 47 (Zürich, May 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description^[1] noted,

"SWITZERLAND, Appenzell Innerrhoden, 15 Kreuzer 1738. Mit GLORIA IN.... Sehr selten. Sehr schön. Schrötlingsfehler. (canton of Appenzell, inner Rhoden, fifteen kreuzer of 1738, with GLORIA on reverse. Very rare, Very fine, Flan defect.)"

In addition to this rare type, we also see another fifteen kreuzer with SUPER OMNE LIBERTAS (KM 34) on the reverse, as well as one, three, six and 20 kreuzer and 9 batzen.
