This specimen was lot 3020 in Sincona sale 59 (Zürich, October 2019), where it sold for 1,800 CHF (about US$2,180 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"SWITZERLAND | Appenzell Innerrhoden, Kreuzer 1740, Appenzell. Spanischer Wappenschild mit Bär nach links, darüber CFC (für Münzmeister Carl Franz Crauer). Rv. mit I / KREU / TZER / 1740 in einem Lorbeerkranz. Sehr selten. Sehr schön. (Switzerland, canton of Appenzell, Inner Rhoden, kreuzer of 1740, Appenzell mint. Very rare, Very fine.)"
