This specimen was lot 3307 in Künker sale 405 (Osnabrück, March 2024), where it sold for €170 (about US$223 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"DIE REICHSSTADT REGENSBURG. DIE ZEIT DES KAISERS JOSEF II., 1765-1790. Kurant- und Scheidemünzen aus der Zeit des Kaisers Josef II. 20 Kreuzer 1774, mit Titel Josefs II. Münzmeister Georg Christoph Busch. Mit der Jahreszahl unter dem Rokokopodest. Leicht justiert, vorzüglich-Stempelglanz. (city of Regensburg, twenty kreuzer of 1774, struck in the name of Joseph II, with the date under the pedestal. Lightly adjusted, extremely fine to uncirculated.)"
This denomination was struck in 1774 with several variations: KM 417, KM 418 (without branches around eagle), KM 419 (date at bottom), KM 420 (with branches around eagle, shown here). The only one with initials GCB is KM 418.
