Künker sale 405, part of lot 3308

This specimen was part of lot 3308 in Künker sale 405 (Osnabrück, March 2024), where it sold for €120 (about US$158 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"DIE REICHSSTADT REGENSBURG. DIE ZEIT DES KAISERS JOSEF II., 1765-1790. Kurant- und Scheidemünzen aus der Zeit des Kaisers Josef II. 20 Kreuzer 1774 (2x), 1775, mit Titel Josefs II. Münzmeister Georg Christoph Busch. Beckenbauer Nachtrag 7403, 7405, 7406; Slg. Bach (Auktion Künker 238) 4897 var., 4899, 4900. 3 Stück. Schön (1x) und sehr schön. Alle Stücke sind verschieden (keine Dubletten). (city of Regensburg, twenty kreuzer of 1774 (2) and 1775, in the name of Joseph II. Three pieces, one in Fine and two in Very Fine, no duplicates.)"

This type was also struck in 1774. Despite the tiny mintage, it has a modest catalog value.
