This specimen was lot 21803 in Heritage sale 3010 (Boston, August 2010), where it sold for $632.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "Alexander III 50 Kopecks 1894 AГ, Bust right/Crowned Imperial eagle with date and value, MS61 NGC. Lustrous and well struck with light golden toning." This type is listed for 1886-94. All dates are scarce. Alexander III ruled 1881-94.
Recorded mintage: unknown but the most common date.
Specification: 10 g, 0.900 fine silver, .289 troy oz ASW.
