This specimen was lot 435 in Sincona sale 84 (Zürich, October 2023), where it sold for 300 CHF (about US$404 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSIA Russian Empire and Federation, Kopeck 1867, St. Petersburg Mint, SPB. Rare. Extremely fine."
This type was struck 1867-71, 1876-1914.
Recorded mintage: unknown but a better date.
