This specimen was lot 32297 in Heritage sale 3076 (Long Beach, CA, September 2019), where it sold for $4,320. The catalog description[1] noted, "Switzerland: Zug. Canton Taler 1623 AU58 NGC. A choice, nearly uncirculated specimen with attractive toning exhibiting light iridescent hues of violet and blue, and satiny luster underneath. From the Allen Moretti Swiss Collection." This type was struck 1623-24 and is scarce.
